Wanted

I'm looking for a specific part for a bicycle wheel. If anybody has a trashed rear wheel, for a road bike or for a mountain bike, and the hub is made by Shimano and it has an 8, 9, or 10-speed cassette on it, then please don't bin it – I'd like the freehub mechanism. (That's the bit that clicks round, on which the sprockets are mounted.)

Many thanks,

Dave Le Fèvre

==================================================

For an old Raleigh Roadster c1961, 4 speed Sturmey Archer hub gears with hub dynamo and battery backup, someone is looking for a replacement battery case.

The case holds 3 D cells (I think) vertically above each other and is mounted on the seat tube.
Just on the off chance, does anybody have one of these or know where we might be able to pick one up?

Thanks.
